Refund Policy

Most items we produce are custom-printed to your specification — your artwork, your wording, your chosen size or material. Because of this, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges simply for change of mind once production has started, in line with UK consumer regulations covering bespoke and personalised goods.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll put it right. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 7 days at shop@plus2print.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a reprint or a refund, whichever suits the problem.

Before You Order

Because most items are made to your specification, please double-check sizing, wording, and artwork before confirming your order. If you're unsure about anything, our team is happy to check artwork or answer questions before you order — just get in touch at shop@plus2print.com or call 028 4461 2225.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to amend or cancel it if production hasn't yet started. Once printing has begun, we're unable to cancel or refund the order.

Non-Custom Items

For any stock items we sell that aren't personalised or made to order, standard return rights apply: the item must be unused and in its original condition, returned within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. Contact us to arrange a return.

Refunds

Where a refund is agreed, we'll process it back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to show the funds.
